1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Romeo & Juliet ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use Romeo & Juliet, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable law
- Not have been previously removed or banned from the App
If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Romeo & Juliet to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Solicit money or financial information from other users
- Share explicit, offensive, or illegal content
- Use the App for any commercial or advertising purposes
5. Privacy & Data
By using Romeo & Juliet, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. We use industry-standard security to protect your personal data.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Romeo & Juliet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content solely for operating the App.
7. Safety
While we verify profiles and work hard to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct of all users. Always meet new people in public places and inform someone you trust of your plans.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romeo & Juliet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
